ArtBattles Guernica

The ArtBattles booth at ArtExpoNY 2010 was made possible by the Solo Foundation and curated by Lexi Bella. The booth featured a live art installation from Pesu, Ben Angotti, Lexi Bella, Danielle Mastrion, Zito and Andre Trenier. This years featured artist was Antonio Zito www.zitogallery.com.

The battle was top notch due to the extraordinary talent of Julie Friel, Ben Angotti, Andre Trenier, and Marthalicia Matarrita. Congratulations Ben on winning the battle and your own SOLO booth at ArtExpoNY 2011.

The event was made possible by the generous support of many. Thanks to Lindsey from RedBull for supplying us all with RedBull and staging. Thanks to Barry at Tara Art Materials for supplying the canvas and the good folks at Scion for supplying our Miami artist Julie Friel with her hotel and airfare so that she was able to wow this NY crowd with her talent. Also, none of this would have been possible without the hardwork of Emilia from Sharp and Eric from ArtExpo.

I personally would like to thank my team for the awesome work that they do everyday to make ArtBattles what it is today especially Jess, Scott, Greg, Erik, Brian, and Fabian. Also, Michael, Danielle, Jesse, Lexi and Maiko came through big for us.
